Sandra has a long-established career of more than 25 years in ELT.

Having worked in both the private sector and state system, she has taught students of nearly all nationalities, age groups and language levels. She worked for 8 years in the English Language Teaching Unit at Leicester University where she taught English for Academic Purposes.

She has also been a lecturer for Nottingham University and the Open University. She currently works as a freelance ELT consultant. She is an examiner for Trinity College London and also for UCLES and IELTS, working as an oral examiner, written examiner and materials writer.
